Home Fresh Water Warranty
The Home Fresh Water warranty covers any defects in parts or manufacturing of all Home Fresh Water products. We will provide you new replacement parts in exchange for any defective ones. This, however, does not apply to consumable items such as filters or membranes.
Please note that the following high-value items (over £100) must be returned in their original or at least in a reasonable/re-sellable condition, including the original packaging as it was when you received it. The specified items below, which have been opened and/or used, will only be refunded if they are found to have a manufacturing fault:
- POE Whole House Water Filtration Systems
- Reverse Osmosis units
- Countertop RO Water Dispenser units
What to Do
Contact Home Fresh Water by calling 07587043835 or emailing us at scott@swgltd.uk. Describe the problem to our customer support team. Always have a copy of your purchase confirmation email or receipt. Our customer support team will verify that the product and the problem are under warranty and will guide you through the process of returning your defective part to Home Fresh Water. They will also help coordinate the delivery of your replacement part and guide you through the installation.
Unfortunately, due to strict insurance terms, we are not permitted to receive any unauthorized visitors at our premises. This includes anyone returning an order or wanting to converse face-to-face or over the doorway intercom. We will not be held responsible for any claims resulting from visitors without appointments that have been confirmed in writing. Any goods left at the main address without prior arrangement, confirmed in writing, will be left at your own risk.
Please be assured that we are genuine people of high integrity who value customer care. We are always responsive and available via phone and email. However, due to the current societal climate and “no win no fee” claims, our insurance company insists that we uphold these terms.

Time Covered
Unless upgraded to an extended warranty plan, the standard warranty is effective for 1 full year from the date of the original purchase.
Not Covered
This warranty does not cover labor for removal or installation, accumulation of dirt or grime (you are responsible for your own cleaning), systems with the serial number removed or altered, damage from improper storage (e.g., high or low temperature, sun damage), damage from a system not installed as directed, anyone other than the original purchaser, damage from system abuse or unintended operation, acts of God, improper water source, modifications, negligence, commercial use of the system, filters, RO membrane, incidental damages from system failure, systems used with parts not provided by Home Fresh Water (including tanks, filters, faucets, pumps, diverter valves), or any cosmetic damages.
